Knowledge Analyst / Incident Manager - Swindon


Are you an Knowledge Analyst / Incident Manager with ERP / ITIL experience based around Swindon?

Great, CV Screen has a fantastic opportunity for you to join a market leader in developing and delivering integrated business solutions. You’ll be assisting customers with problems and queries relating to ERP and Oneoffice application software, from installation to customer training.

You’ll proactively analyse incident data with the view of implementing call reduction strategies. You’ll do this by building self-help capabilities with Base Articles and videos to go onto the Knowledge Base.

Knowledge and Experience:
-
Previous experience as a Knowledge Analyst.
- Experience of building a Knowledge base.
- Experience of producing and implementing How to’s, Videos and help files.
- Any experience with ERP Software would be highly desirable.

Salary:
Basic salary to £27,000 + Benefits
